Ok, few days later I changed timing belt, water pump and termostat. Car is now fine but two days later, now my car sounds like a kenworth! searched for documentation on fan cluches and did the tests.. Engine IS NOT overheating at all, on cold starts the fan engages immediatly as before but now doesn't disengages after few seconds, fan is always engages at any engine temperatures causing lots of sound.. The fan is NOT stuck. when car is hot, the fan will only make max. 3/8 of a revolution with a real good swing. So is that enough resistance to keep the fan on at all times and almost any revolutions??? thanks And is the fact of having rest the fan clutch on a table more than 24 hours may have cause it to turn too stiff??? since it was not in the same position
